For side meetings organised by participants during the course of the conference, 9–13 September 2019, the EMS has reserved two extra rooms free of charge for the side meeting organiser(s).
Room S12 with 30 seats in U-shape and room S8 with a capacity of 20 seats in U-shape. The assignment will depend on the estimated participants number.
These rooms are not available for booking as an extension of a session. These kinds of requests will automatically be withdrawn.
Please note, that every participant of a side meeting must be registered for the EMS Annual Meeting 2019.
Both rooms are equipped with a data projector (beamer). A laptop is not provided and must be brought by the organizer of the side meeting. Both rooms can be reserved for the following time blocks, whereby a maximum of two successive time blocks can be blocked per side meeting:
